Will 86 van front suspension parts fit an 86 truck?

I have a chance to get an 86 van G10 and wondered if the front cross member and brakes would swap over to an 73-87 truck?

Any ideas, they look the same but are they?

Reason I ask is that I ahve a 69 C10 that the 73-87 truck cross members will swap into, but no one on the 67-72 area can tell me if the cross members are the same.
