Power Brake ??

I am attempting to put power brakes on my truck off a 87 donor blazer. I got it mounted and hooked to the pedal. However, I have a question. The two brake lines that go into the M/C one of the screws is smaller than the other. Well the smaller one goes one the front one and the bigger goes on the back. But one the new M/C its totally the opposite. Do I need new brake lines with those ends? Or do I need to scrap the whole project?
