I knocked the top of my piston off!

I was driving down the freeway today and all of a sudden comes a strange vibration and a general decrease in power. I was still a few miles from the house, and I figured the damage was done, so I limped home and into the shop. The motor sounded real bad, but a noise I hadn't really heard before, coming from either #3 or #4 (straight 6). I pulled out #3 spark plug and checked compression, and it was fine, so I checked #4-and ZERO! I stuck a drink straw in the plug hole and cranked it over-no movement detected. I really thought I threw a rod, but there is no water in the oil, and no hole in the side of the block, so I pulled the head and this is what I found:

I guess I'll pull the bottom end out tomorrow and see what all happenned. I only found half of the lower compression ring, and none of the oil ring so I guess they are down in the oil pan.
Bummer.
