Anyone replaced entire roof/back wall section?

Has anyone here ever replaced the entire roof and back wall section?

I'm talking about from the bottom of the "A" pillars all the way around to where the rear wall meats the floor?

I've got that 68 cab (whe one with the huge hole in the floor) and it's upper section is almost perfect, and my 70 cab the upper section has some rust (not much, but some)

...wondering if it could be done, or even worth the troulbe ...or should I just fix the spots on the 70 cab?

any thoughts?
