trouble lowering 71' leaf rear, want bags

OK, so here is the question. What is the best way to bag it in the rear, since I don't have trailing arms. All the trailing arm brackets are still there though.

I am in the process of setting up the chassis for my GenIII swap. Now I hit a few new problems. I did the rear flip but I am not happy with the results. Witht the amount of work to set up everything, I think I will just bag it instead.
The flip gave me more drop than I planned, so now front is too high.
The shocks sit too horizontal to work properly so I need to relocate mounts.
The axle is now too far forward in the wheelwell.
