The first Avalanche?

I found an interesting peice of literature, its a brochure from GM of Argentina, it has a hand written date of 1971. The first truck shown is clearly a crewcab made from a suburban, makes you wonder why they didnt offer them for the U.S.
You can also see the different rear body lines and lack of side markers.
Dont know which conversion company did these for GM but it looks like they were ahead of there time.
