I haven't put it in this truck yet but had it in my pace car. you have to have a grant steering wheel to use this. You insert a key and turn a knob and take the steering wheel off and install a plate in its place they would have to tow it if they want it. Not sure if it is even still available but it was $100 at the time for the adaptor. I just checked out their site they still offer it but suggested retail is $193. Kinda a hassle but the pace car not got stolen and i lived in some crappy apartments at the time.
