Tennman Fuel door questions

So I think I'm going to tackle my fuel door the Tennman Marker door way...except I have a fleetside. Going to try to do it without cutting the flawless steel floor this truck has. Question is, from what I read, the parts I need are a 97' S-10 round gas door and hinge, the aluminum filler tube, and the black plastic drip/catch piece. I did a nationwide salvage yard internet search and and Anderson Salvage yard says they have all those pieces for me. They want $85 and I would assume shipping is extra. Is this a good price for these 3 things?

If I'm missing something please fill me in.

Alex
