Tire size question, for non lowered truck

I have a '67 2wd that has BFG radial T/A's on it. I am tired of dragging the ground over rocks, or getting stuck on curbs, etc. So, I would like to put some larger truck tires on it, but I don't know what size would fit and look good too. I will use 15" or 16" wheels, and was thinking of something in the 29"or 30" neighborhood. I am not adverse to putting in the 3/4 ton springs, or making slight mods to make it work, but I don't plan on going overboard to stuff 35s in. Does any body have some pictures of trucks set up this way?
