Youngin' needs help

Hey guys, Ive got a 67 Longbed. My project. I bought everything for the disc brake swap in front from frame to wheel. (No lines or anything). My question is I heard you need a bigger booster to do the disc brakes. Im on a budget considering college is emptying my pockets.

My other question is that the truck is a 3/4 truck. I want to lower the truck but cant find any specific kits or springs for 3/4 tons. What are you guys doing to lower them (for those who have em')?? I dont wanna cut the springs. Can I use 1/2 ton springs? Im not planning on towing anything so thats not a problem.

Thanx for any help guys. And thanks for all your posts. Feels good im not the only one out there that has a love for old trucks.
