68 panel runnin'!!

We got my buddy's 68 panel running the other day. It bellowed white smoke when it started and kept on smoking quite a bit for awhile. It had been sitting for 3+ years, so we figured that was normal. It's been running now for two weeks and today after bleeding the brakes and installing a new MC, we took her out for a short drive. It's a 350 [010] and has an M-21 tranny behind it.

It runs pretty smooth but still smokes. Is this something the GM top engine cleaner might clear up or is it a valve seal issue? The smoke is white and although it isn't as much as when we first fired it up it's still there.

We installed a new 1405 manual choke carb, new wires and plugs [R45TS]. Other than that and new exhaust gaskets, it's not been touched.
