To those who have painted/finished their intake manifold

I have purchased a Edelbrock 2101 Intake and would lke some imput on painting/stainproofing it (to purty it up some as well) I found a thread on it awhile back but for the life of me cannot find it. I talked to a rep @ yearone about Eastwood products and he mentioned taking it and having it Jet hot coated. If anyone has done this process, where and how much or are there any other suggestions I sure would appreciate them.Also I'm considering rebuilding my Q-Jet and m wondering what to do with refinishing it as well. Thanks for letting me ramble.
