It lives again!!! (vid inside)
Finally got the new cam/lifters/springs in the truck this past weekend and spent the evenings this week fine tuning the spark curve and carb. Hopefully I don't have another lobe/lifter failure for a loooooong time......in-truck cam swaps suck, especially when you're doing it in the driveway in 100 degree weather.
 Break in went very well and the truck is running great! I will say that even though I expected some valvetrain noise from comp's xtreme line, it seriously sounds like a solid lifter motor now. Nothing I can't get used to though. Here's a quick clip of how she sounds......between this thing and the camaro, my neighbors probably hate me. http://media.putfile.com/New-Cam-Idle
