What's the deal with the 4 bars out the back of the cab? I have never seen that before and you show 2 trucks like that!

The first truck you show needs allot of bars to replace the strength taken out with the firewall!
No pics of mine till it's done The first one, Not sure what they are putting in for a firewall I think steel just shaped for the set back motor. Didn't ask about the extra bars, It has serious cage so far, lot's of extra braces inside also. Could it be possible that it's that way to do away with the funny car cage but still tech for 8's? It was 1/2 done then taken to this guy, and now being changed, not sure what stays and goes.

One thing that I don't like on mine is my seat sits too far forward now, I have to try and move the pedals forward for more leg room. He made my back hoop a bit different as a trade off. It has 2 down bars from the top that tie to the frame, and to the back bars, with it like this the NHRA inspector allowed the side bars to attach with plates to the floor and not tie into the frame. Also let me keep my slider and make room for the back bars to travel through the corners. But bad side, head rest hits on the bar and has to be moved forward, not good when your 6'1" 250lbs.

My truck is camera shy when it's stripped down I was going to take a few pics on Sunday, but got a little off track and didn't get around to it. I'll for sure post some when I pick it up.
