Hey, well thanks to FatGuy, Brian Folsom, GREAT GUY, I had my girl, and her father drive to MARYLAND to get it, FROM KENTUCKY, and yes, if y'all remember my thread about buying her ring, this is the girl I'm gonna propose to, and the family I'm marrying into. willing to drive like 7 hours one way to go get a truck for me, because I'm in FL. That's the good stuff. Anyway, picked the jewel up for $900. She thinks every truck I get is ugly, so her opinion dont really matter, as long as she rides shotgun next to me in it. 1986 GMC Shorty. rebuilt 350, with TH350 that may need a goin thru, not sure what I'm gonna do about that, either 700r4 or rebuild the trans. It's got an Edelbrock Performer intake and carb on 'er. I gotta figure out it's current hot condition. Fix heater core, either put on correct manifolds or switch to header, HEADERS. and fix the column. That's about it, to get it streetable and she'll be a good daily driver.
