surprising how fast plugs burn up !!!!

i have had my 350 engine in my 69 o maybe 2 1/2 years or 5000 miles tops...
I went to murrys auto to buy plugs,, Handed the boy a r45ts A/C plug and said i want 8 of these..He said this plug..yea...He goes and does his thing, and say's i can take you on # 3 .... great i am thinking..he rings me up and said thats 2.19 cents cool out the door i go..

So i got a GREAT DEAL ON A/C PLUGS... I was very surprised at how nasty my my plugs were..
I have went thru 3 carbs and two intakes in that time..
I do have the 50,000 volt hei..?
O yea and one hei module..

guess it's taken it's toll on the old plugs.

you can see the base is not even rusted..

I did get them all installed without breaking any plugs

I will drive it tommarrow and see if theres any difference.
