Strange 69 in Helena MT

Recently I went on a cross country to Michigan and on the way back I stopped in Helena MT to see some friends. I was having Lunch with them and I saw a 69 go by. At first glance something seem to be strange about the truck. After seeing the truck it seems that it used to be a longbed. It seems that the person cut the frame rails at the back of the truck and shortend just the back of the bed. So the trucks rear wheels were almost all the way to the back of the fleetside bed. It was realy strange looking. Other than that it had a great paintjob (Orange) and looked to be in great shape. I was wondering if it belongs to one of the members here?
