carrier bearing

Well, I think I blew my carrier bearing out last night. I felt a driveline vibration as I was cruising home. I have a 2-piece driveshaft in my SWB, probably from the PO putting in a man. tranny. I looked up under the truck and the housing of the carrier bearing has come out the rear of the x-member. I don't even know if this is a stock type carrier bearing. The first pic is a view from the side. The second pic is a side view from the bottom showing how the carrier actually came out through the back and the mount is twisted 90* to the right. What do I need to do to fix this? I haven't fully lifted the truck up and gotten under to do a complete inspection yet. It's so hot here I'm gonna wait till later this afternoon.
