Exclamation Help! Need opinion on using an old gas tank sealer - quickly

Guys, just had a gas tank dipped to make sure it was clean. The bottom is clean, sides have some rust not bad, no leaks. I had some gas tank sealer I bought like 15 years ago and never used. Figured I would use it now but when I broke the seal and stirred it (according to directions) there was a small almost solid clump of a yellow chemical on the bottom. As I stirred it most of it seemed to dissolve but it got me thinking. I'd hate to ruin this tank as it's VERY difficult to find (65 Chevy van).

If anyone has any experience or knowledge of this product I would greatly appreciate any feedback. I need to use it tonight (if I'm going to) to give it enjoy time to air dry before I install it in (soon).
Thanks!
