Help - 1967 C20 carb and wiring questions

I am almost done putting my 67 together. It has been apart for 5 years! I found most of the parts which were scattered all over the garage. I think I know where everythings goes except for two things. Can anyone help? First is a picture of the truck. I know it is dirty but what do expect for not seeing the light of day for all those years? More pictures will come if/when I can wash it. My garage is a mess also. As soon as the truck moves under its own power, I will clean up.

The second and third picture shows a fitting on the base of the carb. It is a 327 with a turbo 400 trans. I think there should be a tube that goes to the distributor for vacuum advance. Is that correct? If so, I think I will just replace the fitting with a nipple.

The fourth picture is trying to show a yellow wire which goes from the wiper motor through the firewall under the washer lines. There is a connector on the end which looks like the temp sender connector. I think it goes to the T400 trans but it is about 12 inches to short. Any ideas? If it does not go to the trans where should the trans wire come from? Thanks, Paul
