new wheels

I finally decided on a wheel for my 1968 Short bed.
I'm not really into the whole big wheel thing and didn't want to pay the price that goes along with them. So I went with a Eagle Alloy 028 full polished. I think it is a nice wheel that goes well on these trucks. I wanted some sort of 5 star design and didn't want to have to convert from 6 lug to 5 lug so this wheel solved all my problems. Went with a 15 X 8 in the rear with a 275-60-15 and a 15X7 with a 225-70-15 up front. I went with a 70 series up front to keep the tire hieght the same. Both about 28". I am still waiting on the front wheels to come in, been about 2 weeks now. Damn labor dispute in the shipping industry has everything backed up. It always trickles back to the consumer... Anyway I attached a pic, let me know what you guys think. I'll post a pick of the truck when I get the fronts on.
Later,
