Brake advice

I have been reading the posts on drum to disc conversions and am not sure which way to go. I just bought a 70 cst. Why not just put 72 stuff on it? I don't mind going to 5 lug. I guess I would change the rear axles also. If I did would it just be the spindals, calipers, rotors, MC and propor valve. I assume the control arms are the same. Any advice appreciated
