Want super cheap and super easy?
Use a chain. Yep a chain from the bottom of the shackle to the frame works perfect for stopping unwanted rotation. Weld a washer to one end link and a bolt to the other.  I did it (opposite reasons from you) to stop my axle from dropping away to far and pulling my front shaft apart at the slip joint. IT WORKS!! Last edited by vtblazer; 10-20-2006 at 01:19 PM. |
