1970 C10 Problems

I have a 1970 C10. Everything is stock except that I had dual exhaust put on it about a year ago. I am working on restoring it and have changed all of the hoses, belts, and some gaskets but lately it hasn't been running very well. My truck usually idles well but then when I go and drive somewhere it feels like it is studdering, if that makes sense. I tried some carb cleaner on it the other day and that didn't do anything. I am also about to change the spark plugs, wires, and points. I hope that it may be one of those things. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
