Did I pay to much?

First off, Hi guys. New member here. I have been around a few months, mainly in the photoshop forum. I live in Phoenix Arizona for now, I am going to Motorcycle Mechanics Institute at the present time. Once I graduate it is back to Kansas for me.

Anyways the reason I am posting. Yesterday I was driving by a house and noticed a Suburban sitting behind it. It looked pretty decent, so I decided to see if it was for sale. The owner was an elderly gentleman, and said yes it was for sale. He was the original owner, bought it brand spanking new. This baby has never left Arizona, rust is bare minimal I tell you.
The bad:
Small dent on passenger side tailight.
Rear hatch window is cracked. (looks like a BB shot)
Steering wheel is ruinated.
Minimal rust spots about the size of dime holes under side trim.
Headliner is falling in some spots.
No AC

The Good:
1 owner vehicle, that has never left Arizona.
Original 350 engine. Starts right up and drives good.
Automatic Transmission.
Power steering.
Everything is there, original paint.....never any body work done previous.
