WIW: Apraised value?
Hey all. It's finally time! I'm getting plates and insurance for the truck this week!!! I'm going to give Geico a call and see what they can do for an apraised valued truck for insurance. They've been good to me so far, hopefully we can work something out. I live in an apartment complex so the truck will not be garaged. I've looked through the classic insurance places and I don't meet their qualifications in one area or another... so I hope to do an apraised value with Geico. Here's the truck, what would y'all say it's worth (not the selling price) but what an apraiser would put it at. There is nothing fancy about the engine bay, it's driver quality at best and the interior is nowhere near done, but I do have the stuff to finish it. The paint job is home done and is a 10 footer at best. IMO the truck looks better in the pics than in person. Please let me know what y'all think so I don't go to an apraiser with my pants down.
Also, anyone know a good apraiser in the Greenville, SC area? What do appraisers charge to "do" a vehicle?? If you aren't familiar with my truck, there is more than enough info on it in the build thread in my signature. Thanks all
