Is this a fair asking price?
I hope this isn't considered cross posting, but hopefully you guys can provide some input.
I just posted my 71 C20 in the classifieds for $10k. I have close to double that into the truck, and while I don't expect to make all my money back out of it, I feel that it is easily worth the asking price? I had it on Ebay, and it didn't even get to $6k. The winner of the auction wanted to back out (long story), which I had no problem with considering the low final price. So....is this a fair asking price (not knowing how the market is currently), or am I going to have a tough time of it. To be honest, I don't need to sell it, but I use it so infrequently, that it seems a waste to have it sitting around. Since I completed the conversion (mid 2005), I have just a tad over 3k miles on it (that is what the odometer reads as I had to put in a new speedo with the electrnic tranny). Any words of wisdom? Thanks, Tim
