72-stomper Registered User Join Date: Nov 2005 Location: wisconsin Posts: 142	250 vs 292 inline six I have a 250 and a 292 inline six, One of these I will be putting in my 69 gmc. Does any body know the horsepower and torque diffrences between the two? Any advantages to using either engine? The both run perfect and have the same mileage? Thanks, Mark
