more 292 4x4 questions....

Finally got the cab off my truck.
All of this is for a 67 1/2 4X4 swb 292 4 speed
A few questions concerning the transfer case.
I have a crossmember under the adapter between the trans and the transfer case. I then have a bracket on the passenger side from the transfer case to the frame.

Is there susposed to be a bracket from the drivers side of the transfer case to the frame?

Is there a factory/dealer option power take off winch for a 1/2 ton.

On the in cab gas tank there is like a vent tube coming out of the top on the passenger side of the tank. For emmisions? The P/O blocked it off with a piece of hose and a bolt. Plus there is a cross over tube from the tank to the fill tube. A 67 only? never seen it before
