2wd axle into a 4wd truck

Hi everyone,
I just picked up another 67 C10 that has the factory 4.11 posi rear. At least that's what the build sheet says, we did jack up the axle and both tires spin the same way. My question is:
What else do I need to do besides spring perches? Should I alter the pinion angle? Are the 2wd wheel cylinders different from the 4wd? Am I doing anything right?
I know I'll have to change out the front gears to match the rears... air locker?
Let me know if anyone else has done a factory posi axle swap. Or anything like that.
Oh, this pic is the original front axle, D44 3.73 and closed knuckles. Keeper.
