Post your GM part numbers here
I figured we should have a thread for factory part numbers for easy reference. Anytime you get a receipt from the dealer try to list the part number and name of part here. It doesn't matter how small the part is. It may help a fellow board member who is looking for an "oddball" part!. Lets try to keep this as simple as possible. Heres a few I have bought for my 70'. I hope these are valid everywhere, otherwise this post is useless.
Upper steering column bearing - 5679205 Chrome turn signal lever - 3909580 Turn signal switch - 1972751 Turn signal switch harness assembly for the above switch - 1894851 Turn signal cancel cam - 3902190 Detent seal for detent cable - 1262475 (350 turbo) Transmission filler tube seal (top hat later style) - 1259475 (350 turbo) Transmission filler tube seal (O-ring earlier style) - 6264902 (350 turbo)
