Question Valve cover gaskets

I am going to be replacing the valve covers on my truck and I was wondering what would be the best valve cover gaskets to use. Do you need to buy the ones that cost $35-50? I was thinking about using the Mr Gasket Ultra Seal ones, are those any good? I am going to be using cast aluminum valve covers with studs instead of bolts.
