Should I worry
I rebuilt the rear end, have all the tools to do it, when I put the pinion nut on it was a PITA to get it to tighten, by hand the pinion was sloppy and had play in the bearings, so I had to use the gun, I tightened it slow and got the slop out and it spins free and smooth, with the carrier in I have .006 backlash and the gear pattern looks ok. I know the crush sleave is suspose to be sensitive, but should i worry about not setting the inch lbs on the pinion nut? All parts in the carrier are new.
Thanks Smitty
