Alternator conversion ???
Instead of keeping the plug that goes into the external regulator, can i just cut it off and splice the wires together? White to brown and red to blue. After doing this I have only three wires that go to my alternator now. A blue and white that i plug into the alternator and a red that plugs into the back of it. Is this correct?
