Frost on body question

Ok here in northern CA we have been down to the low 20's.. Yes I know some of you laugh at lows 20's as being cold. For years now when it freezes all the cars/trucks/roofs/grass/everything turns white from frost/ice. But my truck does not. NEVER! It is dry to the touch all the way around and on top. It sits right next to the car under no shade, trees, roofs, tarp canopy etc.. The car will be white with ice and require me to scrap the windows clean in order to drive. The truck is dry. Windows are clear and not even wet from moisture. The body is cold to the touch but still dry.

Maybe someone could explain this??
