Horn problems

I am at my wits end trying to get the horns to work in my truck. First they worked all the time, it was stuck on when I first got it. No problem, I just unplugged them and drove off.

Now I have replaced the relay and bypassed the Grant GT wheel by wiring directly to the relay from a horn button to the relay. I tried one wire to the ground and one to each of the three wires coming out of the relay box but none work.

I need someone who knows exactly what and where to wire to get my horn working again....can anyone help?
