? on rust damage

I have two swb bed sides that are very straight and I would be hard pressed to find smoother sides. The rust problem is on the inside lip where the bed meets the floor. Has anyone ever ran across this problem.? What would be the best way to fix this? Do they make any patch panels.

I live in an area where I can find SWB occasionally, but they are usually not as straight as these. I know nothing about body work and usually take my body guy rustfree metal. So I am wondering if this would be an easy fix or should I look for rust free sides…….Thanks Jason
