drum to 5x4.75 disc conversion

The only reason it's 5x4.75 and not 5x5 is is because I found the wheels I want and they are only available in the 5x4.75 bolt pattern. I have a '69 C10 with 4 wheel drums and a 12 bolt rear. My question is is it going to be hard to find parts like rotors, calipers, etc because of the bolt pattern? In the rear I will be either redrilling my axles or buying new ones if they are available. If I remember correctly, CPP uses 5x4.75 in some of there kits. I'm not sure about ECE or any of the site vendors. Thanks for any help!
