Best GM Tilt Steering Column for 69 C-10?

In a month or so I'll be rebuilding the interior of my C10 and I'm considering upgrading to a tilt column. Budget for the job wont accommodate the aftermarket setups (Ididit, Flaming River, etc) and have a couple questions about the best used columns to look for in a junkyard. My budget is about $100 for the column upgrade. The truck has power steering. TH400 shifter will get mounted in the console. No cruise control or other fancy wiring requirements.

I don't have a lathe, welder or lots of time to scrounge for special adapters, so I want a simple bolt in install.

Ideally, what should I look for?
