Post Transmission Linkage

Hi all,

I have a TH350 automatic with a DSOM-installed floor shifter. I want to remove that and put the shifter on the column. The truck originally was a 3-tree manual. The transmission has a c-shaped plate on the side of it that the linkage to the floor shifter attaches to. What do I need to make it a column shifter? Can I do it with this column? Do I need a new column?

Thanks,

68ChevC10
