What is all this worth???????????

I am going to pull the top end of the motor tomorrow and install the new closed chambered heads and intake, etc. I am going to have the factory 402 heads that need nothing with valve covers, the intake and carb that need nothing, air cleaner, dist, a/c compressor, p/s pump, and all the brackets, factory manifolds that are in great shape, and a factory torque converter for a th 400. I will also have the factory 308 gears and carrier for the 12 bolt, front factory disk spindles and rotors and rear drum brake setup. What is this stuff worth?? Would I get more money off evil bay? Thanks in advance.
