Argh!! Fuel leak

Ok, I have not looked at it yet, but from the back of the cab under the car I have a drip that smells like Gas. I have questions, and I am a Oil changer at best so please bear with me.

1. How is it dripping under the car instead of leaking in the cab?

2. Is it leaking in the cab and I dont know it.

3. How hard is this to fix? JB weld or do I need to buy a new tank assembly.

4. Is it worth it to do a under bed conversion ( I have little to no money right now).

thx
