Doing away with points. What should I get?

I'm still preatty new here and learning, that being said I'm going to be doing a points swap out on a 350 in the near future and I thought I would get some recomdations from you guys I'm sure just about everyone has tried everything.

My creteria: Money is'nt a super big option but I don't really want to spend more that 400 bucks on a distibutor. I wan't the engine to produce roughly 425 hp. Lastly if you could include everything you need when you buy it that would be great, like and MSD that needs a controller.
