Carb for a 350

Alright, I'm looking for a carb for a 350 that will have new cam, intake, headers, rebuilt heads, and a dual exhaust system. I'm looking at making just at 1hp per CID. It'll probably end up being an Edelbrock, but if someone thinks that a certain Holley would be better they can try to convince me. I would like to hear from some people that have had personal experience with a certain carb on the same motor.

The cam I'm looking at has these specs: 214/214 dur @ 50 .443/.443 or 218/218 dur @ 50 .458/.458 with 1.6 ratio rockers.

Intake will probably be: Performer, Performer EPS, or Holley street dominator.

Headers will be hooker competition headers.
