Seat and Transmission Questions

Okay first question is, can someone snap a picture of the passenger side seat track, particularly the reatiner. Mine doesn't work, well, it does until weight is put on it, and then it unlocks and can slide forward.

Second, is about a B&M shift improver kit for my TH350. Is it worth it? Does it stiffen up the 1-2 shift or what? Do you have to pull the tranny or just the pan? Just wondering. My tranny shifts really smoothly right now, but it might be good to shorten and stiffen it a little. Also, did you put the stage one (RV/towing), or stage two (street/strip) in? Thanks guys, Justin
