Trailer pulling with a 67-70
Any of you fellers tried pulling a medium size travel trailer with one of these trucks with a 350? I'm seriously thinking about this.I don't have the 465 Tranny with it's deep low but I do have the 435 which is still pretty good.
I'm thinking maybe I wouldn't want to get stuck on a hill with my set-up (stick with 3.73 open gears). Also someone suggested that drum brakes might be a liability as well.I'm in the West and would probably be dealing with some pretty major mountain passes.Any thoughts?-
