What is it worth?

I need help and you guys are extremely knowledgable about these trucks. I looked at a '71 swb today. It has a recently rebuilt 350 engine. New exhaust, radiator and other parts. Good tires, rally rims, chrome factory bumpers (front and back) The front clip is in pretty good shape (no rust) The cab and the box are both swiss cheese, rust everywhere need to be replaced. The guy wants an offer. Oh, the tranny slips in reverse, not bad but it does. Thanks, Mark
