Where are you running your air lines into the cab?

I'm having a hard time deciding what is the best way to get the air line into the cab for my air gauges. I am going to be running 2 dual needle gauges and one single needle gauge in my hand made bezel (made from a glove box door).

i really don't want add more holes to the firewall. and i don't want them in the floor where they may get kicked. Also, do i need to use bulkheads for these?

Same question, but for the wiring for the switch box.
