th350 to sm465

heres the deal. i have 77 i'm restoring with a 250 and a sm465. and i my 69 with a 355 and a th350. i want to put the th350 in the 77 and put the 465 in the 69. how hard is this gonna be. will the drives shafts just switch from truck to truck and will the clutch pedal assembly from the 77 fit into the 69. and any other tips you may have would be greatly appreciated.
