Broken manifold bolts....Need help....

i am trying to pull my exhaust manifold off of the 350 and got 2 broken bolts.
i tried to spray a ton of WD 40 beforehand and also tried to heat them up but no help....they broke anyways. I went to sears and bought those drill out extractors but they are not working that great. i guess because they're just too tight on the head or something. i feel like the extractor might break if i give it one more turn. also thought about taking the head off with the manifold on but there are 2 bolts behind the middle of the exhaust manifold that don't have enough clearance to come out. anyone got some much needed ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
